This year the USSD Women's Self Defense Demonstration Team traveled to Seattle's Quest Field to share the magic of martial arts. The team demonstrated the wide range of options women have available for self defense, exercise and overall good health. USSD also gave away monthly memberships and had a booth on hand to answer questions! |
